Enables GPS module to work beyond 60,000ft (~18,000m) to 164,000ft (50,000m)

Overview
With this customized feature enabled, BONAV GPS module is extend the restriction of altitude to 164,000ft (approximately 50,000m) . This made it suitable for some specific applications such as high-altitude balloons and weather balloons.

Background
Most GPS devices, including tracking systems, are automatically disabled when it is moving at a speed faster than 1,000 knots (approximately 1,151 mph or 1,852 km/h) and/or at an altitude higher than 60,000ft (approximately 18,000m).

Solution
BONAV essentially extend the restriction by implementing the new algorithm in the GPS and allows our GPS modules and solutions to work up to 164,000ft (50,000m) with the same speed limitation under 1,852km/h.
