EM5LP is the latest cost friendly, low-power, high-sensitive GPS module with a new smart antenna system "Antenna Advisor" that detects and notifies different antenna statuses, including antenna open circuit and short circuits.
EM5LP represents the best GPS module and MediaTek has to offer using the latest MT3329 GPS chipset. With support up to 66 channels of satellite searching under -195dBw sensitivity, 10Hz maximum update rate, and customizable firmware for maximum versatility. EM5LP also reduces the overall power consumption of GPS module by over 30% when compared to the previous generation.
